Can you change an order placed online?

Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. Please take a moment to look over your order prior to submitting it.

Your name implies you sell cigars. Do you sell tobacco products?

Unfortunately, at this time STOGÈS premium cigars and accessories do not sell cigars or related tobacco products online in compliance with state and federal laws until further notice. However, we will be advertising and offering these products at a later date.

Why is STOGES premium cigars and accessories verifying my Age?

On December 20, 2019, the President signed legislation amending the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and raising the federal minimum age for sale of tobacco products from 18 to 21 years. This legislation (known as “Tobacco 21” or “T21”) is effective immediately, and it is now illegal for a retailer to sell any tobacco product—including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes—to anyone under 21. The new federal minimum age of sale applies to all retail establishments and persons with no exceptions.

We only stock items from the most reputable sources, and the authenticity of every brand and/or manufacturer is guaranteed. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. If an order is refused at the time of delivery, a $25 fee will be assessed to cover the cost of returning the item back to the distributor.

Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them and reimburse you for the return postage.

Returns do not include shipping postage.

If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery & storage incurred. If it is an item that can be returned to stock a 20% restocking fee will be charged, if the item is damaged or un-returnable no credit will be given.

All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and received no later than 30 days. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.

Do I pay taxes on my purchase?

Any purchase other than inventory for resale, is subject to Use Tax and must be reported to the Department of Taxation. Any Sales Tax legally collected in another state will be applied towards any applicable Nevada Use Tax NRS 372.185, NAC 372.055

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Unfortunately, STOGÈS will only be shipping cigars and accessories within the U.S. or those locations with APO/FPO USA military overseas addresses.
